My Mac mini 4 won't start. After I turn it off and then try to turn it on it blinks only white in slow motion but doesn't work. I tried many time to plug it off and start again with the same result. I tried also the method with pressing the button constantly and then it turned orange

What external drives and other devices are plugged into the Mac Studio...?
Try disconnecting everything except for the display, keyboard, mouse and see if it will startup normally.
What does the Apple Diagnostics say about the Hardware..?

Thanks. Now that I read it I can say when I turn it on it goes right away in sleep mode. Then I trie a few times with unplug wait then hold the button longer before turning it on and after a few times. It does the trick. But that's not a long solution.
