Picture in Picture - Puting an Image Over a Video

Hi. I want to put our logo at the top lef of my video in iMove. but when I use the picture-in-picture feature, the photo has kind of a motion. it acts as a movie in my project. is it not staying still and has a zoom in motion on it. what do I do? I want just a solid image.

MacBook Air, macOS 15.3

Keith is right. Click on the logo overlay in the upper timeline. Then click on the crop icon in the tool bar in the upper right of the screen. In the controls that appear, click the "Fit" option to disable the Ken Burns effect. Then set your change by clicking on the little Reset blue circle with the check mark in it at the upper right of the screen.
