Hello, how is it possible that my friend phone was at different place and blinks as ‘live’ when she Was 3 km away from that place?”

Different Location than Find My:

The location provided in Find My is based on an IP Address. So, it was likely powered off, or was not connected to a Cellular network or WiFi network.

“So how it helps me? i mean, the location is provided by IP adres from 3 days in past, but that mean it can ‘ travel’ between this points for ever or what?”

They all look the same to me. You’re just seeing these at different angles.

The Find My location settings might be set to precise location OFF, you’ll need to turn it on by going into settings>Search/Apps>Find My>Location>Precise Location
