I downloaded the drivers but once I run it, the Epson app is nowhere and the MAC can't find a new printer. I've tried several times, but it doesn't work. Does anybody have the same problem? How can we install it?

The other thing I can suggest is to confirm that the Epson driver you downloaded is one that Epson says will work with the specific operating system you have installed. If you are not sure, you might do another download.
I have checked the Epson web site and they do not show any listing for the L395, so I will assume it is no longer supported. You can check the respected web site below where volunteers write free drivers for older printers which are no longer supported, but which work with newer operating systems. It is worth checking out. Good luck.
Once the Epson driver is downloaded, did you then open your computer's System Settings and then click on the Printers & Scanners link in the lower left hand window to set up the printer?
Yes I did, and there are no printers on the list or available
I did it twice and downloaded the driver for Mac OS 15.x
