How do I add a static thumbnail image for a video in Keynote?

An answer to: how to, thumbnail image for a video on keynote slide, so it's not blank

Have thumbnail image for video in it static state in Keynote: Try select the video, Movie Tab –> go down to Poster Frame — move the slider to what part you want for 'thumbnail' image.
