Can’t turn off reduce motion on iPhone 16 Pro

I restored my new iPhone 16 from my old iPhone 12 during set up, and on my old phone I had the “Reduce Motion” setting turned on. I am trying to disable it now, but for some reason it won’t turn off. The slider shows it’s off, but for some reason I still don’t get the usual animations when closing apps or switch between them.

Any issues will come if enable the Reduce Motion option in iPhone? I saw a video on YouTube randomly and they showed below steps to speed up the iPhone in that video Go to Settings Go to Accessibility Go to Motion Enable reduce motion option I felt that my iPhone was performing speed up after enabling this feature with less motion effect. But I want to know If I use my iPhone enabling this feature for the long term, will it affect my iPhone? Please let me know about this. Your support will be highly appreciated. Thank you
