Cannot remove a home from homekit

I created a new “home” in HomeKit because the original home became unresponsive. Now when I try to delete the old home, it does nothing. What needs to happen?

Homekit architecture upgrade issues I really was bitten by the Homekit architecture upgrade. I lost control of all my non-Apple devices: hue lights, ecobee thermostat, meross garage door Upgrading to 16.3 on my devices did not resolve the issue. I'm thinking about just deleting my Home and adding everything back. Suggestions on how to do that?

Homekit not working on MacBook or iPad since updating my home app on my iPhone, I can longer see or control my home from the home app on neither my MacBook nor my iPad. All are on same iCloud account and apple account and all seem to be fully software updated. Any ideas?
