How do I remove 'ReceiverHelper or ServiceRecords' malware pop-up on Mac?

I constantly get a pop up which says " “ReceiverHelper or ServiceRecords was not opened because it contains malware. This action did not harm your Mac"

I cannot find these applications any where on the computer to enable me to delete them. This pop up is driving me mad.

Please help!!!

My guess is that the "ReceiverHelper" or "ServiceRecords" pop-ups you're experiencing are likely related to Citrix Receiver or Citrix Workspace App, which are legitimate applications used for workspace virtualization. However, macOS is flagging these components as potentially harmful due to outdated software or security concerns.

Is this something that you are using, or have used, on this Mac?
