Refund request denied for LinkedIn premium
I missed to cancel the LinkedIn premium subscription and was charged 259.99 and I requested for refund as soon as I was charged within minutes .
However it got denied both times and multiple calls to customer care haven’t helped . I have been a loyal customer for many years .
official LinkedIn policy allows for cancellation and refund within 7 days as long as no premium features were used but since it’s via Apple they don’t honor it.
It has been a frustrating experience and I can’t let it go because of the amount .
i have seen many online whose request has gotten approved . Why is mine different? What options do I have ?
if I dispute the CC charge it could lead to account suspension potentially right ? Or has anyone done that successfully?
