Dual Bluetooth for hearing aid and cochlear implant

I recently got a cochlear implant which has Bluetooth connectivity. I also wear another Bluetooth hearing aid so I am bimodal. I cannot stream to both ears - only to my cochlear implant. I have a SE 2nd gen with iOS 18.3.1 - is there an iPhone which supports dual Bluetooth for hearing devices? If not - why not? I tried out the Galaxy S25 at the weekend and I could stream music to both ears. So the big question is - can Apple do this or do I go for one which can?
