How do I permanently remove an unauthorized 't-mobile' from Managed Networks under Wi-Fi settings on iPhone 16?
my iphone always has a managed network in the wifi settings and it's called t-mobile but i never put it there or even know how or why it is there, and although t-mobile is my isp and mobile service provider, they tell me to ask apple because they have no idea since i get unlimited talk and text and data from them only, nothing at all from them is "wifi" or "managed network" so it leaves them confused (when i chat or call them for support regarding this issue) as well as myself.
when i reach out to apple to get support from them about this problem, apple says it MUST be t-mobile because that's the only way, since i am not doing it myself, that it could be installed or placed in my wifi settings as a managed network named "t-mobile".
it's a real problem because usually all wifi networks, once connected or even after connecting successfully once, they always have a "forget this network" option to remove it or delete it manually, but with this mystery managed network ALWAYS haunting my iphone WITHOUT ANY CONSENT OR PERMISSION on my part as the owner and sole user of this device, it does not display the option to "forget this network" or have any way of deleting, removing, or getting rid of it AT ALL.
PLEASE help! what can i do about this?! it never should have been on my iphone to begin with, so i just really need & want it removed and deleted permanently... BUT IT IS CURRENTLY IMPOSSIBLE! anybody who can help PLEASE!!!! i am begging 🙏🏼 and thank you, in advance, to anyone who can help me find resolve for this very difficult and loooong overdue (it’s been at least 2-3 years i’ve had this issue with no resolution) issue!
