play count not updating from iPhone too mac or windows 11

i have updated all devices & link home sharing on windows, mac & phone

did a restart on phone & still nothing

i have learning problems & its giving my stress has i like one of my playlist as sorted by play count

Play count not updating again This past 6 days, the playcounts on my Mac library haven't been updating with music played on my phone. I've tried everything - synced devices. Unsynced and re-synced. Updated all my settings and all updated. Unauthorised and authorised my device. Updated itunes library. Connected my phone with cable to my Mac and synced up. The recently played also doesn't update - it's soooo frustrating - please help!
