Home button on iPhone SE stopped working. Removed case, cleaned, tried all the tricks I found, button not cracked. Stymied. Any help appreciated

When I try to toggle them on it says failed for all four toggles in the group. I’ve tried to add another finger print also but it comes up failed, not able to add. . . Thank you so much for your response.
Go to Settings > Touch ID & Passcode and make sure that iPhone Unlock or iTunes & App Store is on, and that you've enrolled one or more fingerprints.
