Can't able to make purchase through upi payment method in mac app store

So I am having problem with app/subscription purchase in mac app store with UPI payment method. I am unable to verify to payment method. It is giving me constant error of "Cannot Connect". But with the same upi id I can able to put money into apple funds. So I really don't know where is the problem? Why can't able to directly purchase something with upi id rather than going through apple fund options?

Yes, It is so frustrating. I am having this problem from 27th feb. My apple music subscription also auto cancelled. I have tried everything from changing to upi id to erase my mac. nothing is working. Definitely something is wrong from apple side.

Is UPI listed as a valid payment method for your country?

Yes UPI is listed as valid payment method and I tried adding 2 different UPIs too thinking maybe one had some problem but none of the UPI are working. It says "Cannot Connect" every time I try to make payment.

That world wide support is useless. People attending the call are not technical people. They will put the fault on you or your bank, saying go to the bank for further support. I have talked to them several times, trust me.

Yes, but not having problem on their side. There is something wrong with apple servers. I am able pay through same upi method in iPhone without any problem but facing some problem in mac. I think there are many people who are facing this issue.
