It was correct the first time…

A couple of obvious issues…

    Battery failure - Your battery is reporting that it needs to be serviced.

    Low disk space - This computer is running critically low on free hard drive space.

You also have Sophos installed which should be removed.

Your SSD is slow.

Your Mac is 8 years old and apparently needs service or replaced.

Apparently not completely…

You need to free up some space on the drive. You need to have the battery replaced. The SSD may be failing.

I would think about replacing the Mac.
