How do I transfer $100 from Apple Cash to my Cash App card?

I need to take the hundred dollars I have on Apple cash cause it’s supposed to be Apple Pay but something‘s wrong with that one it’s a virtual wallet and I wanna put the hundred dollars on my cash app card and they’re linked already
