My account is now saying that my profile is not on this device.

I redeemed a four month free subscription for Apple music after purchasing a TV from Walmart. It's been working fine up until a minute ago. Now when I try to sign in, it either kicks me out, or says that my profile isn't available on this device. I have an android, but that doesn't explain why it was working fine until just a few minutes ago.
