How can I restore multiple home screen pages on iPad mini running iOS 18.3.1?

I’ve tried the tips to unhide home page screens, but only the first page shows up. There is also an “options” button, but pressing it takes me to the main ”Settings” page.

I figured it out: it was due to having only the first page selected in the “do not disturb” focus. The second page showed up again after 7:00 a.m. (when do not disturb automatically turned off).
