Apple podcast subscription ad blocker not working

I paid a subscription fee for This is History podcast by Dan Jones. I am no longer getting benefits ( ad free and early access to new releases)

Apple podcast app on Tesla I signed into my Apple ID on the Apple podcast app on my Tesla. It lists the shows I have subscribed to but it doesn’t recognize the premium subscriptions I have paid for (ie Wondery+). As a result it won’t let me play episode that are early access nor will it play the ad-free versions of the show. Is anyone else having this issue?
