How do I connect my 7th generation iPod to WiFi or Bluetooth?
My Ipod has got no connection options. It is a 7th generation Ipod. Is there something I can do to get it to connect to the WiFi or blue tooth

No. That model of iPod lacks Wi-Fi and bluetooth hardware entirely so no way for it to connect to either of those things. And even if it did have it, there is no software options on it to make use of it.
That model of iPad is not expected to connect to any of that.
Why do you need this specifically? What are you trying to accomplish?
Also, it's technically a 6th Generation iPod classic, not 7th, as it was merely a small revision to the existing 6th generation version at the time.
