Multiple Homepods in same Room - Intercom / Doorbell not in Sync

This has been an issue for years for me.

We have a large Living area with multiple Homepods. However using the HPs as Doorbells or Intercoms, the play the sounds not in sync which is very unpleasing and hard to understand. Same for the Doorbell announcements.

Is there something I can do about it despite removing the Homepods from the Intercom / Doorbell?

HomePod 2nd Gen volume not syncing After doing the latest HomeKit software update, I cannot get my two 2nd gen HomePods to sync volume. It will play in stereo pair mode, but each one of them requires separate volume adjustment. I tried ungroupings, resettings, and I am now thinking this might be a bug. How do I fix this?

Multiple homepod mini connectivity I recently purchased several HomePod minis to have audio around the house. It worked great for a couple days but now i have the following problems i can’t seem to get more than 1 at a time to play in sync my devices can’t consistently connect to the minis my devices say the minis are connected but no audio comes out of the minis my device will connect to the mini then a completely different song or playlist will start The only thing that gets audio coming out of the device is to unplug and plug but even then it only lasts about a day and they still can’t connect in multiple rooms. I guess i am confused because Apple products are supposed to “just work.” It seems i had better multi-room audio with IKEA Symfonisk speakers. I hope this is just some glitch that can be fixed before i have to decide to return these devices. hope to hear help.
