All of my podcasts are gone

After a recent update, I powered my Macbook Air up to find 100% of my podcasts gone, including paid subscriptions. This also happened on my iPhone 17, but powering down and back up caused them to reappear. Have tried that twice on the Macbook but they are still gone.

I go to listen to them and have to download them again. In the last week or so I have downloaded the same podcasts three times. i have deleted the podcast app and resintalled any ideas ?
