my headset razar black-real v2x headphone don't work with my Mac mini 4.

I can only hear from just left side, after I connect my headphones to the 3.5 mm jack of the Mac mini 4

poor sound output from the new mac mini recently our office acquired new Mac Minis. we notice that the minis produce poor sound and the direction is towards the back which makes listening difficulty with other background noises. We are looking for solutions to address this. Sound Output Changes on its Own MacBook Air (2022) and the sound output keeps switching over to "external headphones". I have never used external headphones. There is no rhyme or reason to why this switch happens. I'll be listening to something and suddenly can't hear anymore and it's because the output has changed all by itself to "external headphones". One Apple support person had me do some sort of reset and it was fixed for a couple of weeks. Now it's doing it AGAIN. Has anybody else had this problem? Is there a fix for it that will actually work or do I need to ship my MacBook off for repair? (NOTE: I saw this same topic from 2011 so it's a known issue)!

SONY HEADPHONES WH-10000XM4 WILL CONNECT BUT NOT MAKE SOUND Has anyone dealt with this problem and solved it? I've read multiple forums and articles and nothing works (reset the device, pair/unpair the device, restart both devices, turn Bluetooth on/off, go into sound settings and fix input to be MacBook mic, mess around with sound settings, update mac) nothing works. It's driving me insane considering I had a very old pair of Sony headphones that worked fine, would connect and the sound was all good, but now they won't work with my mac all of a sudden either?? can anybody help??

1) Make sure that the razar jack is fully inserted into the Mac mini's audio output port.

2) Test another set of headphones or buds to see if they work in stereo.
