I had a card on my apple wallet and it was used for in app purchase. I removed that card from my wallet and entered a different card, multiple times, but the removed card keeps getting charged for in-app purchases.

Monopoly Go! The purchases are just for in-app packages. No subscriptions. There is another card on file, and this card has been removed, but somehow the charges keep coming on that card when a purchase is made in game.
I guess I stated it wrong. When I removed the payment method, I went to the settings app on my phone, the apple account, payment and shipping and then removed the card from payment methods.
There is no subscription that is being charged. It is in-app purchases like add ons for games.
So my question is, did you purchase the items showing on your charge statement?
