Cannot verify student identity on mobile app and computer for music streaming service

When I try to verify my student status, I encounter a strange problem. When using the mobile app for verification, it notifies me that it cannot verify my student identity. When using the computer for verification, it directly jumps to a page saying, "The requested URL was not found on this server." Currently, I don't have an effective way to verify my student status. Listening to music is my only spiritual satisfaction in my difficult study life, and I really need to solve this problem.
