What’s going on with voice to text?

I used voice to text a lot for my work and for my personal life. I use it basically all the time and it has been amazing however recently it is broken to the extent that it’s basically unusable.

I will say something, and then press the microphone button to finish the sentence. All the paragraph and half of the words in the text will just disappear. This means I have to go through a manually input them all which is just a massive waste of time.

Another thing that it seems to do is it will reproduce the sentence twice so I will say something and then when I say “new para” the text that was written will reappear again. I then have to spend time deleting it and delete function on iOS is very slow for some reason.

I really don’t understand how you took something that worked so well and basically destroyed it. Is there something that I’m missing? Am I doing something wrong?
