Will delisted content get removed from my iPods or other iDevices if delisted?

Simple question, if something gets delisted...and I have a backup file downloaded to a computer authorized to my iTunes account...will I still have access in the future? (iTunes Windows)

I don't currently own delisted media, but I wanna ask as a just in case. I assume they can stay on devices until a sync is done...? IDK since iTunes also adds videos from an iPod if it's not in iTunes (and you say yes to importing).

I mainly ask cause the privacy policy says to regularly back up. However, I'm worried that in however long it is, iTunes goes fully offline and all my stuff that's DRM protected gets yoinked forever because most crackers don't care too much about iTunes DRM. So, if I KNOW I'm gonna be able to watch my stuff again at a future date once iTunes kicks the bucket, I'd be all set. Even in a case of only being able to use to use the iTunes player to watch them would be okay for me personally.
