How can I hide or delete other Airplay devices from my sound menu list on my Mac?

There are multiple smart TVs etc connected to my home network and all of them appear of my sound list on the menu bar. I always listen with my headphones to my sound list. Is there a way to hide all of these other airplay devices that aren't mine?

I've tried 'allow airplay' for only my Mac already, and that doesn't work, they still show up.

Or maybe I can hide or disable AirPlay altogether? I've tried to do so but I can't find anything to completely disable and hide the pictogram altogether.
