is this a new airtag scam?

hi, I received a notification that an AirTag was found moving with me, first time at 12:47 am Monday night (when I was at home sleeping and not moving) and apparently it was first detected Sunday morning at 4:16 am (when I also was at home and not moving), but that time did not receive a notification.

I tried to "play sound" didn't work and a map DOES show my correct ocation - what's going on?

How can I make sure I wasn't hacked and how do I find out why I gotthis notification in the first place???
