SOS at top of phone - How do I fix

SOS means that the phone cannot connect to cellular for data or voice calls.

This can be 3 things


1st would be your cellular plan, so ensure that your phone has a valid sim card or paid service.

2nd would be settings/software. Turn airplane mode on and then off to re-activate the software for cellular

3rd would be a hardware issue. To be sure it isn't this, do steps 1 & 2 first and also apply the newest software update. If it still does not work then the phone has an internal hardware problem that needs repairs.

Cell phone repair shops can fix this. Contact your local one or find us for mail in repairs.
