Is there an option to add a shortcut for video stabilization? So I don’t have to waste time going to the inspector, scrolling to stabilization, and selecting the stabilization method… When there are a lot of clips, it really takes up time… tnx.

You can select them all and apply stabilization in one go, I think (not at my mac to check but this works for many things in the Inspector, it should work for stabilization…)
Basic answer is, no, there is no way to assign a shortcut to Stabilize.
But, there are the suggestions by others here to help out.
I, too, would love to assign a keyboard shortcut to Stabilize, since I use it as need when working down the timeline in an editing session.
You can command click multiple clips even if they aren’t adjacent.
I was wondering if one might use CommandPost to automate this, and it seems that maybe we can.
I found this youtube video, it's in Italian, and it apparently describes how the author created shortcuts to enable stabilization...
Yes, that’s how it works. But if it’s not every clip, just randomly in the edit, then it’s not really useful.
Strange that they didn’t include that option in FCP so it could be assigned to shortcut...
You can select just the clips you want, either on the timeline or the timeline index.
And... it works!
