I have been waiting for years to get "Greek" added to the translator app. Greece is one of the most travel to destinations in the summer. Is this on the road map? Does anyone know? I have been using Google Translate to covert English words to Greek.
Also...using your iPhone camera to translate signs (virtual reality) in Europe... Spanish, Italian, French, Greek would be awesome.

If you have Apple Intelligence, you could ask Siri to use ChatGPT to translate a phrase into Greek. ChatGPT has multi-lingual capabilities that are different from the built-in iOS translate app languages.
Also, using Apple Intelligence on iPhone 16 or 16 Pro, you can use the Camera button, hold it, and point to a greek text. It will translate it into English, as it it using ChatGPT in the backend to accomplish the translations.
I agree with you, it would be nice to see more languages coming to the native Translator App, but I wanted to just point out that there are other possibilities with an out-of-the box iPhone to accomplish this :-)
