Intermittent. Widex a/s moment 110 hearing aids. Also has problems intemittently connecting HDMI cable. Have done all the right steps as per Apple guidelines to connect. Problem has been going on since I got the phone, and I'm over it. Update regularly to latest iOS.

jennie ~ That original battery of your old XR is well overdue for replacement. Also, 81% is not healthy and is almost certainly contributing to the connectivity issues. Apple recommends having the battery replaced at around 80% – so have the weak, aging battery replaced and then see what issues, if any, persist:

Also, as your iPhone XR could be >6 years old, it's worth checking for a weak, aging battery — which can cause connectivity issues. So...
Does your iPhone XR still have its original battery?
And what's the Maximum Capacity % here?...

Thanks for replying. Yes, it still has original battery, showing 81% of original capacity. I am going to take the phone to an Apple Store, I think it needs someone to physically look at it.
