Can't play videos on Apple Music Windows 11

Every time I select a song on Apple Music on Windows 11, it opens but quickly closes. I've tried to figure out how to fix it, but I haven't found any solution. If anyone knows how to fix it, let me know. Thanks.

Apple Music Preview on Windows 11 refuses to load Earlier this month my Apple Music Preview app on windows 11 just out of nowhere crashed and ever since then it just gets stuck in an endless load on every page. It also endlessly loads 'updating genius' in the bottom left corner. I can still play the songs that were in my queue at the time it crashed, but that's it. When I try to go to a playlist that the song is from, it doesn't show anything. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, signing in and out, removing itunes from my computer, etc. and nothing has fixed the issue. I haven't been able to find anyone else talking about this online so if anyone has a fix that would be greatly appreciated.

Apple Music Preview immediately crashes on windows 11 So I've downloaded the Apple Music preview app. 1st time I open it, it lets me accept the terms and conditions, then shows a blank screen, then crashed to desktop. Now every time I open it, it shows a black screen and crashes to desktop. I've tried re-installing, rebooting, updating. Nothing seems to work.
