I receive 29 notifications from Snapchat in my music App while i was trying to update it. The whole notifications was like content. Please explain better to me what to do about it

Among other options, you can choose to shut off notifications for Snapchat, or can delete the app.
As for apps seeking to maintain or to increase engagement, notifications are common.
Notifications can arrive with most any other app active, too.
If you have concerns about the quantity or timing of the notifications, check with Snapchat support.
