I recently purchased an Apple Watch SE and I had 100% last night about 9pm and now it’s 11am and it’s already at 77%. Is that normal?

Have you power cycled your Apple Watch recently? If not, start there.
Also the Apple Watch is rated for 18 hours (36 for the Ultra). You are suppose to charge it every day, with the only exceptions being that life is preventing you from getting to your charger, and that should be rare.
