iMessage and Facetime gone in 5 days?

I just had a notification pop up saying iMessage and FaceTime number will be delayed in 5 days - I have to take my sim out and replace to avoid apparently!

I clicked on the notification and it took me to settings so can’t see any other details.

I’ve done a search and nothing comes up about this message so wondered if anyone else has had this notification?

After the update with iMessage turned off and FaceTime removed am still getting iMessage notifications Why is iMessage and FaceTime showing activation warnings in the off position?

"your carrier may charge for sms message to activate FaceTime and iMessage I always get this notification popping up whenever my phone restarts and i don’t know how to proceed so the problem can be solved. Please help!
