Resetting Apple ID on borrowed device

Is there a way to reset my Apple ID on a borrowed IPhone 8 that can’t download the Apple Support App because it can’t run IOS 17.0 !

the IPhone 8 is running

IOS 16.7.10 !

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 16

How can I force erase an iPad with an invalid Apple ID?
