My iPhone 11 battery draining quickly after iOS 18.3.1 update

MY IOS IS A BIT SLOW MY APPS STUCK MY INSTA STUCKS WHEN I LIKE A REEL I CAN SWIP UP DOWN BUT IT WONT PLAY REEL FOR SOME SECONDS MY CAMERA ALSO STARTS AFTER DELAY SOME ONE KNOWS HOW TO FIX IT.
