Then you likely have a hardware issue with your phone. And that is something no one on this user to user only forum can help you with. You need to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation, options and cost to fix. But it it was me, I wouldn't spend any money on a phone released in 2016, 9 years ago. It is an outdated, no longer supported phone and if it would cost anything to fix, which it very likely will, the money would be better spent on a new iPhone at this point.
