How can I download a song with obscenities from the iTunes Store on Windows 11 when I don’t have any restrictions?

I wanted to download an album where there are songs with and without obscenities, I paid for this album and when it came time for me to install it on my PC, some of the songs that were without obscenities were installed, and the part of the songs that were with obscenities was not installed when I tried to listen to them, they told me that “This object contains obscene content that is limited on this computer. Managing this on the construction site is possible in the “Restrictions” section. I looked and saw that I didn’t have any restrictions. Please tell me how I can get rid of this problem and download the remaining songs
