Most used imessage contact not being suggested in share sheet contact suggestion and only showing my Gmail address. Been like this for a few days. And yes, I already checked the Siri suggestions settings (even though I didn't make any changes to any of those settings prior to this happening).

Contacts not being Suggested:
Be certain iMessages is added to sharing suggestions: Customize Sharing Options in an iPhone app - Apple Support

Troubleshooting Disappearing Contacts:
A. Perform a Restart:
You may have made a change, intermittently in an other app. So, restart your iPhone, getting this up to how it should be: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
B. Enable Contacts in iCloud:
Is Contacts enabled in iCloud on your iPhone's settings? If not, then enable it, seeing if they all come back. If so, then disabled it, and then enable it, seeing if they all come back.
On the iPhone:
C. Add Contact Names:
Do there contacts have names? Or are they a history of things you've entered in the past (text learning). Create these as a contact and see when that gets you.
D. Add the Contact Back:
If it comes to it, remove the Contact, and then add it back.

Troubleshooting Hanging Apps:
A. Close All Apps:
An app is may be stalled. So, close all apps. Hold you finger down as you swipe up. Then, close all of these open apps, by swiping up quickly for each app as it appears. Once all is closed...
B. Restart your iPhone, Manually:
