Flashlight utility on iphone 16 is nowhere to be found. Did I delete somehow?

I'm just learning my iphone. I used my flashlight. Went to turn it off and it was GONE from my pull-down control center. I googled. I went to SETTINGS -> Control center -> and there I only see 3 options, NOT a list of apps as all the google results have suggested. Going back to SETTINGS, scrolling to the bottom, I see all of my apps -- Flashlight is not there. (Q: Clicking on those apps/utilities [like "calculator"] btw does NOT allow me to "add to control center" -- where is that control?!) I have searched my phone for the word "Flashlight" and it's nowhere to be found. What is going on? (PS the only three options I see in SETTINGS-> Control Center are 1) two sentences about customizing the control center by swiping down and moving things around; 2) "Access Within Apps" Allow access to Control Center within the apps" YES toggle is on; 3) RESET Control Center to factory defaults.) Thank you!
