By posting here, you have demonstrated that your Apple Account is fully functional here.

To use a new Apple Account, you may need to have its email address verified, by responding to a test message. Once done, you should be all set.


To use your Apple Account commercially (subscribing, buying, renting), you will need to add a linked payment method to it, in a pre-authorized way, so that any future charge can be billed to that payment method without further manual steps. But this last part would not involve this Apple Support Community forums, as there is nothing of trade value here.


As an iPhone user, I would expect that you already have been through all those steps, though.
