Missing Menu bar in Apple Music app on MS windows 11

There is no menu bar across the top of the Apple Music app on any of my devices. No 3 dots, no options to unhide or expand, I am computer literate and Apple's Music/iTunes has always been a pain to deal with. I cannot import or export or modify my library. My library is intact with years of music in various playlist but basically useless to do anything with other than play music on 1 device. I want to download playlist to a new iPhone 15 and cannot.

I have signed up for a subscription to Apple Music but I want my purchased music on other devices. This is so frustrating to deal with something that was so simple in the beginning of electronic music formats. My first iPod was what converted me to Apple products in the first place for playing music and outdoor activities.

I see many such complaints out there with NO real answers.

In upper left of the app, there are three horizontal lines (hover over them and you will see "Open Navigation"

Click on them and a pull out menu will appear. Once again, look at the very top left on this new menu and you will see a red music note icon, Apple Music, and three dots ... Clicking on the three dots will open another pull out menu where you can choose Settings>General>Show iTunes Store. The option will appear as a star symbol in your left hand navigation pane after that.
