I have iTunes Version 12.13.4.4 installed on my Window 10 PC.
I looked up HELP on iTunes to find out how to Turn on Home Sharing (see attached image)
The "Home Sharing" option on the file menu is not present. Why?

If you have installed any of the Apple apps, Music, Tv or Devices it will remove the option from iTunes.
Uninstall any and all of Apple apps except for iTunes. Shut it down, and restart it, and Home Sharing should appear in the File Menu again.
