I’m trying to organize and have smaller separate libraries instead of one huge iMovie library.
The new library is created and I see the file in my iMovie folder, but when I open it, it’s just blank project.
iMovie 10.4.2 and running Ventura 13.5.1
Any ideas?

To copy a project from one library to another you need to open both libraries. Then go to iMovie app projects browser screen (where your projects are displayed as icons). Move your cursor over the project's icon. A little circle with dots in it will appear to the right of the projects name. Click on the circle. From the pop up menu, click on Move to Library and then click on the receiving library's name.

When you create a new library it will be blank until you populate it with some projects.

Yes, of course.
I created a new library 'B'.
Went to existing library to move project to library B
Nothing moved or copied when I did this.
What steps did you take to try to move the project and what happened when you tried?
