Homekit camera audio and video problem

I have Aquara G3 camera. In homekit app i have problem with audio (and video). After few seconds i dont hear anything (silence) for 1-2 sec and then sound back again. But after next few seconds that silence back again. Video play good but sometimes i get freeze frame.

audio in video cutting out with most videos ive taken in the past month or so, the audio goes out completely after the first second and then will come back 2-5 seconds later. any idea on how to fix this?

shutter sound not working on 14 pro max. after the last security update and after the last snapchat update the shutter sound to the camera has been disabled. apple needs to fix the shutter sound to sync with the ringer volume like they have always done. only after the last update it took it away. only way to get the shutter sound is if you turn your speaker volume all the way up. which isn’t helpful bc i forget it’s up all the way whek listening to music or videos. plus it’s annoying just to have to turn the volume up just to hear the shutter sound. swme thing with snapchat except even with volume up the shutter sound doesn’t work.
