I have erased all contents and settings from my mac monterey, and i am trying to set up the device again but unfortunately i have been stuck on this screen for an hour because the magic keyboard wont connect to the mac, btw i dont think the problem is with the keyboard because i tried to connect it to my iphone and it did work perfectly, and the magic mouse is also connecting to the mac, i would appreciate any type of help please 🙏
FWIW, based on the screen shot, it appears you have at least an M1 iMac with the charging cable plugged in. It shouldn't be asking to pair when it's plugged in and the keyboard is on. It appears to be a Magic Keyboard with a Lock Key. Have you tried pressing the Lock Key on the top right?
