Can’t delete YouTube playlists on iPhone SE

The option to delete a YouTube playlist on my iPhone SE simply doesn’t exist. The necessary buttons are missing entirely. I just updated the app so having an old version isn’t the problem. Is my phone just plain too old to access even the most basic functions?
